Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Himalayan Flower, our bouquets and floral arrangements are handmade using fresh flowers. Some flowers and materials are specially purchased according to the customer's order, so our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Large & Special Orders

For large orders, wedding orders, or orders requiring special/specific flowers, flowers may be purchased at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Once these flowers or materials have been specially ordered or purchased, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as these items may not be reusable for another order.

2. Missing Items

If an item included in your confirmed order, such as chocolates, a note card, or another paid add-on, is accidentally missed during delivery:

* The customer may contact us after receiving the order.

* The cost of the missing item will be refunded or the item may be delivered separately, depending on the situation.

* Customers should report the missing item as soon as possible after delivery.

3. Flower Quality or Delivery Issues

If the delivered bouquet has a significant issue caused by us, such as severely damaged flowers or an incorrect order, please contact us with photos within 2 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other suitable solution.

4. Cancellation

Orders that involve specially purchased flowers, customized arrangements, or large quantities may not be cancellable once preparation or purchasing has begun.

For standard orders, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled delivery time and whether the flowers/materials have already been purchased or the bouquet has been prepared.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Himalayan Flower Shop, reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund or replacement based on the circumstances of each order.
